Born and bred on a farm near Pietersburg, I enjoyed a humble upbringing and academic education. I spent countless carefree hours playing with my Sotho friends and indulging in a subsistence lifestyle. In my formative years, there were few indicators that I would one day synthesise a systemic model for sustainable results that includes neurology, physiology, psychology, organizational systems, people, and brand practices ensuring change is current and congruent.

My spheres of focus comprise, innovation, change, branding (communication) and leadership; I facilitate customer and workplace engagement and simultaneously promote agility and adaptability in these contexts. As a neuro-integrator, I tutor and coach on what motivates these attributes, what discourages them, and how leaders can connect.

I am an International Neuro-semantics Institute Coaching & Behavioural Change associate, currently enrolled to complete a Masters Diploma in Systemic Team and Individual Leadership with Metaco under the auspices of Professor Peter Hawkins (Renewal Associates) and the Academy of Executive Coaching. Also, I am completing my Applied Directorship program with Sirdar but starter my journey at the University of Pretoria, where I studied Information Design. I carry accreditation with the International Institute of Advertising, Branding, and Marketing and hold a post-graduate diploma in performance and business coaching from U.N.I.S.A.

Some of the roles I fulfill include Author, Speaker, Brand Specialist, Customer and Employee Engagement Expert, and Executive Individual and Team Coach. However, mostly, I Create Awe.

Ultimately, I enable leaders and teams to optimise their performance, subsequently delivering significant stakeholder value.
